H3XA
H3XA / Commercial offering

The history behind the picture

The current operating picture is public. Commercial access is the longitudinal record H3XA has derived from it: entity history, historical situations, evidence lineage, and application exports. Noir Stack sells that access. The account is a Noir Stack identity. The Professional subscription is $399 USD/month for one person. Team and Enterprise are custom contracts.

Stripe billing is currently in test mode. Live activation remains on hold.

Operators who need the record

H3XA is for people who have to say what changed, where, and on what evidence. The buyer is an operations or intelligence team that needs the accumulated record, not a bulk delivery of someone else's indicators. Upstream observations stay attributed to their sources. The commercial product is H3XA's own derived history.

Proof that the picture works

Stored stress and situation records stay in the operational workspace. A signed-in commercial subscription is required for protected application reads.

Professional and negotiated contracts

01
Sign in with the Noir Stack account

Your account and sign-in are securely managed by Noir Stack LLC.

02
Subscribe to Professional

Stripe Checkout takes a fixed-price subscription and ties it to your Noir Stack account. Active or trialing subscriptions grant commercial application access. Canceled, unpaid, past-due, or paused subscriptions remove it.

03
Access follows your subscription

Commercial access includes the historical corpus, full evidence, and application exports. External API access, automated collection, bulk exports and dedicated processing require a negotiated Team or Enterprise contract. The Customer Portal is where the subscription is managed.

  • Complete entity history
  • Historical situations and snapshots
  • Evidence lineage from an assessment back to its observations
  • Export of that record
  • No published monthly request, history-read or resource-credit allowances
  • Team and Enterprise: Contact Sales for programmatic or high-volume access

What the subscription covers

The subscription covers H3XA's derived record and the right to read it at commercial depth. It leaves source observations attributed to the organizations that published them. Aviation and maritime remain contextual until a separate analytical contract says otherwise. Historical assessments already stored are not rewritten as part of gaining access.
